Jinergy Won "Efficient and Innovative Module Product Award"

In order to further encourage the innovation of the solar photovoltaic industry, promote the industry-university-research cooperation, and speed up the transformation of high-tech achievements, the award ceremony of OFweek Solar Awards 2018 (hereinafter referred to as “OFweek”) was held in Shenzhen.As China’s first manufacturer to have achieved mass production of HJT, Jinergy won the “Efficient and Innovative Module Product Award” by virtue of its remarkable advantages in conversion efficiency, power generation gain and temperature coefficient of its super high efficiency HJT modules.

On the race track of promoting the mass production application of innovative and efficient technologies, Jinergy is running at the forefront of the race track by virtue of its excellent technology R&D strength and clear technology path planning. Liyou YANG, general manager of Jinergy, said, “In order to realize the super high efficiency mass production application of HJT, the Company has maintained a high investment in R&D and continuously promoted the iterative upgrading of this innovative technology.Since HJT achieved mass production in July 2017, the product yield rate has always been at a high level.”

At present, the highest efficiency of mass production of Jinery’s HJT battery has exceeded 24%, with the average yield rate of mass production of 97.6%. If the half-slice, MBB and other efficiency improvement technologies for modules are not used, the maximum power for the mass production of 60 single-sided modules can reach 332.6W and the double-sided performance of the module 89.61%. In the next three years, the production capacity of Jinergy’s HJT module will reach GW level, and the cost will be greatly reduced, achieving a breakthrough drop in cost per kilowatt hour of photovoltaic power generation.
