Located in Heishiliang, Shanxi Province, the project is a poverty alleviating project jointly invested by the state, province, and municipality. The total investment amounts to 94 million Yuan, covering 445 acres with 10.1 MW capacity, saving 101 families from poverty. This project was connected in November, 2016.
