Recently, Jinneng Clean Energy Technology Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Jinergy”) underwent an on-site inspection by factory audit experts from China General Certification Center (CGC). Relying on its comprehensive quality management system and solid routine management practices, the company successfully passed the annual audit and was issued a new certificate.
This CGC annual audit continued the rigorous standards consistently upheld by the China General Certification Center, covering three core components: document review, on-site inspection, and traceability of performance indicators. During the document review phase, audit experts meticulously examined the company's quality manual, production process specifications, internal audit records, and other materials, with particular attention to the updated status of quality control documents. In the on-site inspection phase, experts visited the module workshop at the Wenshui base to conduct real-time checks on the production process control of key indicators such as module power output stability and weather resistance. Through random sampling and testing, they confirmed that product performance consistently meets technical specification requirements. Regarding the improvement suggestions proposed by the experts during the audit process, the relevant departments completed the formulation and implementation of corrective actions within 24 hours.
CGC is a highly authoritative third-party certification body in the photovoltaic industry. Passing its annual audit carries multiple strategic implications for corporate development. From a product perspective, the certified high-efficiency regular and innovative modules have once again obtained an “authoritative passport” for entering domestic and international markets, further consolidating Jinergy’s competitive advantage in cutting-edge technologies. From the perspective of system building, this audit serves as a re-validation of the company's comprehensive quality management system.
