Jinergy Completes PV Modules Delivery for Huaneng Zuoquan Phase III PV Project, Accelerating the Implementation of Multi-energy Complementary Projects

On January 14, Jinneng Clean Energy Technology Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Jinergy") successfully completed the full batch delivery of 118MW photovoltaic modules for the 300MW Zuoquan Phase III PV project of Huaneng Shanxi Branch. Among them, the first batch of 68MW PV modules has been delivered to the project site, and the second batch of 50MW modules has also been full dispatched. The smooth achievement of this delivery milestone has laid a solid material foundation for the subsequent installation, commissioning and grid connection of the project, and simultaneously pushed the project construction into a key speed-up stage.

Huaneng Zuoquan Phase III project is a core part of "wind-solar-hydropower-thermal-storage-hydrogen" multi-energy complementary integrated energy base of Huaneng Shanxi branch. This project planned to build 300MW of PV, 50MW of wind power and a 35MW/70MWh of energy storage system, located in Jiangjiazhuang Area, Liaoyang Town, Zuoquan County, Jinzhong City, Shanxi Province. This area is situated on the middle slope of the Taihang Mountain Ridge, with a slope range from 17 to 38. The on-site construction and traffic conditions are complex. However, as a key project of the integrated new energy layout in Shanxi region, its operation will effectively improve the regional clean power supply capacity and serve as one of key carriers for promoting local energy structure towards low-carbon and diversified transformation.

The PV modules delivered this time include Jinergy's mainstream product, the JNBN132 high-efficiency bifacial TOPCon module, with a power output of 715-720W. Its high-power design combined with advanced technologies, perfectly fit with mountainous terrain. Adopting bifacial TOPCon technology, the JNBN132 module achieves a front conversion efficiency of over 23.2%. The bifacial gain fully exploits the light potential in mountainous areas, and fully activates the value of low-light and reflected light resources at the project site. The high-power feature increase power generation capacity per unit area in mountainous regions, well adapting to the "limited space and scattered light" conditions of sloped site and reducing construction complexity in complex terrains.

Given the inconvenient transportation and complex construction conditions of the Zuoquan project, Jinergy has adhered to the core service concept of "precisely matching customer schedules". The company planned routes in advance to avoid narrow and bumpy mountain roads, and delivered modules in batches orderly to ensure zero damage during transportation. A full-process progress feedback mechanism was established to synchronize real-time information with customers from modules production and quality inspection to delivery, ensuring seamless connection of project construction schedule. Meanwhile, an on-site technical support team was reserved to provide immediate installation guidance upon equipment arrival, shortening the later commissioning period.

The smooth delivery of this project epitomizes Jinergy's support for new integrated energy projects such as "wind-solar-hydropower-thermal-storage-hydrogen" multi-energy complementary systems. In the future, Jinergy will continue to focus on the scenario-based demands of new energy projects, take high-efficiency products such as high-power modules as the core, and provide customized service solutions to facilitate the implementation of more clean, low-carbon and multi-energy coordinated energy projects, continuously empowering the construction of a new power system and the green transformation of energy.
