Jinergy provided products for China Energy Engineering Group Shanxi Electric Power Construction Company in its PV energy storage power station project and explored the new PV+ energy storage mode

Recently, Jinneng Clean Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Jinergy”) won the bid of a 300MW “New energy+ energy storage” project in Quwo County. This project is under orderly production and shipment. The products involve in the bidding are the dual-glass monocrystal 144-piece 540W and 545W photovoltaic modules. The total supply capacity is about 130MW, and the full delivery is expected to be completed before June. It is an active exploration of Jinergy in the new integrative development mode of photovoltaic (PV) energy storage, which will accumulate experience for the cooperation of larger scale energy storage projects in the future.

 

The project subordinates to China Energy Engineering Group Shanxi Electric Power Construction Company (hereinafter referred to as “CEEG Shanxi”), a central government-owned enterprise with the ability in large-scale infrastructure investment, project contracting, and operation management. CEEG Shanxi focused on rural revitalization projects and combined with the currently popular energy storage track, to create an overall “new energy+ energy storage” project in Quwo County, Linfen City, Shanxi Province. The duplicate effect of the clean electricity generated by Jinergy’s PV modules and energy storage system will help to achieve a more flexible and stable energy supply, thus increasing the proportion of proportion of electricity generated from new energy and the comprehensive green economic benefits. The project can also promote the construction of “load and storage integration between source and network” and the expansion of “shared energy storage” mode in Quwo, and facilitate local development of new energy in various forms.

 

According to the introduction, the modules supplied by Jinergy are based on the 182mm module technology platform, and enjoy high power, high compatibility, and excellent comprehensive product performance. The power generation profitability of the bifacial power generation modules supplied this time is guaranteed, with 5%-25% power generation gain under different scenarios. The dual-glass structure can increase reliability and reduce operation and maintenance costs. The model design and power range of the modules suit the current mainstream application scenarios, perfectly match the common support, inverter, and other accessory ecosystem, and has a high matched-degree for various energy storage systems, thus greatly reducing the difficulty of installation and application. The high-power modules have passed the test and certification of international authoritative certification bodies and been applicable to various application scenarios.
