Jinergy attended the Clean Energy Expo China 2023 (CEEC 2023)

On March 28, 2023, the opening ceremony of the three-day CEEC 2023 was held at China International Exhibition Center (Chaoyang Hall) in Beijing. The exhibition, sponsored by China Electricity Council and China Energy Group and themed by “Building a Clean, Low-carbon, Safe and Efficient New Power System”, received strong support from many energy enterprises. Jinneng Clean Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (“Jinergy”), as a representative new energy company under China’s top ten energy group Jinneng Holding Group, attended the exhibition with its Passivated Emitter Rear Contact (PERC), Tunnel Oxide Passivated Contact (TOPCon) and HTJ (heterojunction) products. Its diversified product solutions obtained attention and consultation of many visitors on-site.

 

Founded in 2009, CEEC is China’s first multi-category professional expo focusing on the industry chain of clean energy equipment. At present, it has become the preferred platform for government departments to understand the development of clean energy industry, for domestic and foreign clean energy industry to carry out exchanges and cooperation, for power enterprises to conduct new energy equipment selection and centralized procurement, and for the public to understand the current development status and future development direction of clean energy. During the critical period of N-type iteration in the PV industry, Jinergy brought the most cutting-edge technology dynamics and intuitive reference to the exhibition. The P-type PERC, N-type TOPCon and N-type HJT represented the three most mature and potential product solutions at present, with advantages in reducing Balance of System (BOS) cost, lowering Levelized Costs of Electricity (LCOE) and improving power generation conversion efficiency.

 

The Jinergy PERC modules cover 400W-670W model design, and provide flexible single-sided/bifacial options, which are applicable to multiple application scenarios, such as large above-ground power stations and distributed industrial and commercial projects. Large-size high-power modules can not only boost the overall yield, but also increase the installed efficiency per unit area and save the related construction costs such as support and cable. More abundant green electricity can also significantly dilute the LCOE, and bring considerable comprehensive installed rate of return. It is also the most popular product series for large power enterprises, manufacturing companies and EPC contractors.

 

The latest TOPCon products are based on the research and development of high-power module of the completed P-type PERC 182mm/210mm cell, and able to undertake the dividend of the P-type low-cost production line and the mature market application conditions. Its power range is 575W, with more flexible and diversified compatibility of accessories and transportation solutions, thus reducing the corresponding cost. TOPCon module adopts SMBB technology to optimize internal losses. Meanwhile, the ultra-precision welding technology combines with non-destructive cutting technology and ultra-fine welding strip shaping technology to achieve high-precision and high-quality production. The module can be paired with double-layer coated glass, gap reflective film and other means to enhance the efficiency. The optimal frame design with optional mechanical simulation output can ensure its 30-year outdoor mechanical performance.

 

The ultra-high-efficiency HJT modules, featured by low temperature coefficient, no Potential Induced Degradation (PID), excellent weak light response, and ultra-low degradation, can comprehensively improve the overall power generation. With stable long-term power generation performance, the modules can bring additional gain. The application of half-cut non-destructive cutting technology can significantly improve the mechanical properties and the reliability of modules. The bifaciality of the bifacial HJT module can reach over 85%, thus increasing the power generation by about 10%-35% under different scenarios. The overall performance is better in large above-ground power station projects.

 

Jinergy’s HJT modules and TOPCon modules are the most popular N-type technology products in the current market. Jinergy displayed its latest technology progress at this Expo, which not only created business development opportunities for the Company, but also provided a technical exchange platform for energy industry practitioners and a new reference for market options.
