Light-weight module has more application advantages! Jinergy facilitates to upgrade its distributed energy resource products

Recently, Jinneng Clean Energy Technology Ltd. (“Jinergy”) announced that the new lightweight module jointly developed by it and a overseas well-known new energy company had been prepared for scale production. Specially designed based on the distributed market demand, the light-weight module is characterized by significantly optimized weight and dimension, convenient installation, operation and maintenance, wide application, so that it can solve the weaknesses of common modules, such as large weight, big area, failing to match bearing of roof, and difficult operation maintenance. Especially, the light-weight module is of advantage in industrial and commercial plant reconstruction projects.

The development goal of energy-saving buildings was firstly proposed by developed countries , such as Europe and America, and the energy-saving building market is relatively mature in Europe, America, Japan and the other counties. Existing distributed energy resource products show some disadvantages in energy-saving reconstruction of existing buildings. Among the light-weight series products, the 120-piece mono PERC light-weight module is featured by lightweight (weight of the module is only 15Kg), small area (dimension of the module is 1,755*1,038mm) and low electric current (less than 12A), which can be arranged in different modes, so as to be applicable to different areas to the greatest extent. Besides, it’s convenient for one worker to move and install the module; it’s easy to operate the module; the module is designed to support a variety of household installation ways, including public beam, beam, slideway and four-point installation; and the module matches with the most existing inverters. With 2.0 glass and 30mm frame, the module which is of the weight of only 15Kg can pass the test under 3,600Pa snow load and 2,400Pa wind load, and pass existing hail test. Therefore, it can be said that the completion of energy-saving reconstruction of your roof with this module also means the benefit of reinforcing the building.

The 108-piece mono PERC light-weight module achieves 20% weight loss than common modules; therefore, in addition to improving household installed power with its high conversion efficiency and high power, the module lowers both the installation difficulty and load-bearing of the stand. Moreover, the module also has passed the snow load test, wind load test and hail test, and is more applicable to aged roofs of complex conditions.

While the 144-piece bifacial high-power PERC light-weight module, which has the maximum power of 550W and the special design of single glass and transparency backsheet, achieves 15% weight loss than common bifacial double-glass modules, so that it can lower both the installation difficulty and load-bearing of the holder. With the bifacial rate of more than 70%, the module generates 5-25% more electricity under different installation conditions, thus improving rate of return of power stations. Therefore, the high-power module is more applicable to large-scale industrial and distributed energy resource projects.
