The power efficiency of large-sized products is significantly upgraded
It is reported that the upgraded products of Jinneng Clean Energy Technology Ltd. (“Jinergy”) currently use 182mm and 210mm mono PERC cells to achieve high efficiency and high power. The upgraded products retain the mainstream MBB, high-density packaging, advanced non-destructive cutting and half-cell technology, and more efficient and high-performance modules are made through multi-technology fusion. The upgraded products have passed the stringent wind load, snow load and hail tests, and have excellent anti-PID and anti-hot spot performance. Moreover, the rock-solid products can easily withstand various extreme application environments, thus achieving more stable and safer overall power generation effect.
Among these products, the power of 182 series monoPERC modules can reach up to 555W, the module efficiency can reach 21.5%, the degradation is less than 2% in the first year, and the annual degradation is less than 0.55%, ensuring long-term power generation income stability for 25 years; the power of 182 series bifacial modules can reach up to 550W, the module efficiency can reach 21.3%, the bifacial power generation can increase the additional power generation gain by 5%-25% in different application environments, and the power can still reach at least 84.95% of the initial power after 30 years of use due to the low linear degradation rate.
For 210 series monoPERC modules, a larger 132-piece type can be chosen according to customized requirements to achieve higher power generation. The power of 210-modules can reach up to 670W, and the maximum efficiency can reach 21.6%. With the power coverage up to 665W, 210-modules have the same additional power generation gain and linear degradation rate as those of 182-bifacial modules, making them new large-size products popular in the market.
Large-sized products are favored by domestic and overseas markets
Large-sized products have blossomed in many markets at home and abroad. Jinergy first signed contracts with Indian partners on the supply of 180MW 182-modules, carried out customized design according to customers' special requirements, and overcome transportation problems amid the COVID-19 pandemic to ensure timely supply and installation in place, and received wide acclaims after delivery. Afterwards, we supplied 182-modules to South African partners for local rooftop distributed projects, and after grid connection, their excellent power generation efficiency was fully recognized by our customers. China's domestic demand for large-sized modules has increased significantly, and customers are satisfied with reliable and high product quality and high-yield power generation.
With the upsurge of the large-sized products, Jinergy will further expand the integration application of HJT technology and 210 cell size in the future; the combination of ultra-high-power cells and large-sized silicon wafers can maintain the optimal efficiency and LCOE level for products, and cater to the market demand for large-sized N-type modules, and more large-sized products will enter the market, bringing higher power generation income to customers.
