On September 10, the fourth China International PV Industry Summit Forum was successfully concluded in Chengdu, Sichuan Province. Dr. Liyou Yang, general manager of the Jinergy, was invited to attend and gathered with government representatives, industry experts, enterprise elites, research institutions and scholars to discuss in depth the "new era of zero carbon, a new journey of PV".

In the leaders' dialogue with the theme of "Carbon Neutrality Era, New track for China's PV Development", Dr. Liyou Yang said that it is innovation that promotes the development of the PV industry to the current level and can shoulder the responsibility of achieving the dual-carbon goal.The future development of the PV industry will also be driven by innovation. New high-efficiency technologies are emerging in an endless stream. Ultra-efficient technologies represented by HJT and TopCon will promote the conversion efficiency of solar cells to the 25% level. The next step is the combination of perovskite and crystalline silicon. The combination of laminated technology can continue to promote the conversion efficiency of solar cells to a 30% level, so that the PV industry can bring value to the transformation of energy structure and social development.

As a representative of innovative high-end PV manufacturing enterprises, Jinergy has been practicing the technological strategy of iterative development and insisting on leading industrial progress with technological innovation.As of the end of 2020, Jinergy has applied for 167 patents and authorized 88 patents. It has been approved and established the National Enterprise Technology Center, the Provincial Enterprise Technology Center, the Shanxi High-efficiency Solar PV Conversion Engineering Technology Research Center, and the Shanxi PV module and Application Engineering Research Center, Shanxi PV Industry Technology Research Institute, etc.

Technological innovation has promoted the continuous development of the Jinergy. Jinergy was the first manufacturer in mainland Chfina to commercialize HJT in May 2017. In 2018, Jinergy received the world's first HJT PV module certification under new IEC standard. By mid -2020, the second phase of the Jinergy 100MW HJT project was successfully put into production, upgraded to M6 wafer, and MBB, half-cut and overlapping welding technologies were applied.Today, Jinergy is the first to lay out low-cost silver-clad copper technology, and has passed the three times IEC61215 test standard. Through special cost reduction in slurry, target material, silver paste, intelligence, etc., Jinergy is very confident in the cost reduction of HJT technology.

Jinergy super high efficiency HJT module have also been continuously recognized by customers. This year Jinergy’s super high efficiency HJT modules have been successfully shipped to South Korea, Japan, Bulgaria, Chile, Spain and other markets, and the influence of Jinergy brands overseas continues to rise.In the future, Jinergy will continue to implement the strategy, increase investment in scientific research, accelerate technological iteration, lead industrial upgrading, and contribute Shanxi's strength to the smooth realization of carbon neutrality goals.
