The average mass production efficiency of Jinergy HJT M6 cell reaches 24.3%

On March 25, the 7th solar cell paste and metallization forum was held in Changzhou. Wang Jilei, HJT R&D director of Jinergy, was invited to attend the meeting and had in-depth exchanges with many industry professionals from the upstream and downstream industrial chains of high-efficiency solar cell, conductive paste and metallization on the development of HJT technology.

As the leader of PV intelligent manufacturing, Jinergy has always adhered to the core strategy of technology iteration.The average efficiency of mass production of Jinergy M6 HJT cell has reached 24.3%, and the highest efficiency of mass production of Jinergy M6 HJT cell has reached 24.7% after being certified by the China Institute of Metrology, an authoritative third-party testing organization.

Wang Jilei pointed out: "With the joint efforts of the industrial chain, the gradual realization of HJTtechnology and the predictable scale effect have made great progress in both efficiency and cost reduction.At present, the cost of Jinergy HJT module is 138% of PERC module, and reducing the cost to 108% of PERC is our goal at this stage.The high cost of metal paste is the main difficulty in promoting HJT technology.And as our exploration of low-cost slurry has gradually yielded results, we are very confident in achieving this goal."
