On March 31, the 7th CREC Award Ceremony was held online. By virtue of its outstanding contributions to photovoltaic technology R&D and its remarkable achievements in mass production application, Jinergy won “the Most Influential Module Enterprise Award in 2019”.
It is reported that CREC has been held for 6 consecutive years since 2013. Since this year, the selection activities of CREC have been comprehensively upgraded and innovated, which means that requirements for contestants are more rigor and the admittance thresholds are higher.As a leader in photovoltaic manufacturing, Jinergy has realized the layout of three generations of advanced technologies including high-efficiency polycrystalline technology, high-efficiency monocrystalline technology and super high efficiency HJT by continuously increasing R&D investment and efforts, and successfully ranked among the top 5% of cell and module manufacturers in the world with technology and cost competitiveness.
Through continuous efforts in the field of technological innovation and development, the average efficiency of Jinergy’s HJT cell in mass production has reached 23.85%, and the maximum efficiency has reached 24.73%. The super high efficiency HJT module has such advantages as excellent low light performance, great temperature coefficient, ultra-low degradation and bifacial power generation. Compared with conventional high-efficiency modules, the overall power generation of HJT has increased by 44%, which can comprehensively realize lower LCOE (levelized cost of energy) and be far ahead of similar products in the industry.
Besides, Jinergy will also launch the high-efficiency polycrystalline half-cut moduleon the basis of the conventional technologies. This product can further reduce the loss on the basis of the original excellent performance. Moreover, both Jinergy’s high-efficiency monocrystalline PERC module and high-efficiency monocrystalline PERC bifacial module uses the 166mm wafer, and adopt the half-cut and 9BB technologies, which can greatly improve the reliability of the module and effectively reduce the loss.

At present, we are optimizing the silicon wafer, texturing, cleaning, metallization and other processes, thus to steadily improve the product efficiency and yield. And we have now realized the mass production of bifacial HJT module with large wafer, MBB and half-cut technologies, and the integrated power output reaches up to 530W.”
