Recently, the bidding result of qualified photovoltaic equipment supplier alternative library project (2019-2021) for the solar company of China Energy Conservation and Environmental Protection Group (CECIC) was released. Jinergy stood out by virtue of its high-quality and high-efficiency module products, production and supply strength and other advantages, and was included in the photovoltaic equipment supplier alternative library of CECIC.
With the fast-changing development of the photovoltaic industry and the continuous improvement of technology R&D and equipment manufacturing capacity,Jinergy also closely follows the pace of industry development and exert continuous efforts to the research and development of industry cutting-edge technology so that a number of its products have reached the industry leading level. Among them, its high-efficiency polycrystalline modules and high-efficiency monocrystalline PERC modules have excellent anti-attenuation performance through optimization of coating and passivation processes, as well as strict control of raw materials and processes. The experimental results show that the attenuation of the modules after passing the threefold IEC test is still less than 5%, showing excellent performance of low attenuation. In terms of high-efficiency monocrystal PERC dual-glass bifacial module, its bifaciality has reached 78%, with back-side power gain of 5%-25%. In the case of no significant increase in manufacturing cost, the power generation is significantly increased, and LCOE is effectively controlled.
In addition to thecutting-edge layout of high-efficiency polycrystalline modules and high-efficiency monocrystalline PERC modules, Jinergy also takes the lead in realizing the mass production of HJT in China and lies in the forefront of industrial application of HJT module technology. With multiple advantages including excellent performance in weak light, great temperature coefficient and ultra-low attenuation, the average mass production efficiency of Jinergy’s ultra-efficient HJT modules has reached 23.79%, with the highest efficiency of 24.73%. Tested by TUV Rheinland, the bifaciality of this module has reached 93%, and the front-side power output of 72-cell HJT module has reached 406.6W without using technologies such as large wafer and half-cut.
