JINERGY Listed among Enterprises Meeting MIIT “ Standards and Requirements of PV Manufacturing Industry"

Recently, JINERGY, as  the leading local PV modules manufacturer of Shanxi Province, has been listed among enterprises meeting the Standards and Requirements of PV Manufacturing Industryannounced by Ministry of Industry and Information Technology(MIIT). It signifies that JINERGY has reached the requirements specified in the national industrial specification in lots of aspects, including technical R&D, production capacity and quality control, winning recognition from authorities of the country. 

 

Up to now, MIIT has announced six batches of the enterprises that meet the Standards and Requirements of PV Manufacturing Industry. The specification is deemed as the threshold of the PV industry and it involves hundreds of enterprises. A total of 25 enterprises were accreditated  to satisfy the Standards and Requirements of PV Manufacturing Industry this time. According to the announcement of the Standards and Requirements of PV Manufacturing Industry, the enterprises meeting the Standards and Requirements of PV Manufacturing Industry will be provided with preferential policies related to bank credit, governments export tax refunds, and domestic support, etc., which can enhance the industry concentration and cut the costs of PV manufacturing and application.

 

As the technical leader of PV industry, JINERGY has been committed to promoting the reduction of PV power generation cost and facilitating the transformation and upgrade of the entire industry based on its cutting-edge core technologies and efficient utilization of its products by always adhering to the progressive development strategy of “production, pilot test, research and development generation by generation”.  To further resolve the issue pertinent to a lack of high-efficiency PV modules, the production base of ultra-highefficiency heterojunction (HJT) cells and modules located in Jinzhong was officially put into production by JINERGY this May. By adopting bifacial HJT cells with conversion efficiency exceeding 23%, HJT modules were featured by extremely low attenuation,very low power and tempco, better generating performance with weak light, double-sided power generation capacity and many other advantages, far surpassing the requirements of the Standards and Requirements of PV Manufacturing Industry.

 

Compared with regular high-efficiency modules, the overall generating capacity has increased by 44%. In term of cost reduction, JINERGY shows a great expectation for ultra-highefficiency HJT technologies. According to its estimation, the cost of HJT modules will be reduced to 0.4 dollar per wattwithin three years.
