JINERGY Presented High-Efficiency Monocrystalline PV Module on The 6thExpo Shanxi for Energy-Saving, Environmental Protection and Low-Carbon Development

On 26 October, the 6th Expo Shanxi for Energy-Saving, Environmental Protection and Low-Carbon Development was held at the Exhibition Center of Shanxi Province, which was co-hosted by 10 provincial government organizations, including the Committee for Economic Affairs of Shanxi Provincial Political Consultative Conference, Shanxi Provincial Development and Reform Commission and Shanxi Provincial Environmental Protection Bureau. JINERGY, as the PV module manufacturing leader in Shanxi, presented on the exhibition with its high-efficiency monocrystalline solar PERC PV modules.

The 6th Expo Shanxi for Energy-Saving, Environmental Protection and Low-Carbon Development themed by “Improve Environmental Quality and Enhance Energy Efficiency”, aims to sum up the advanced experience and achievements in energy-saving, environmental protection and development of low-carbon economy in the 12th Five-Year Plan Period, and to provide a platform for enterprises possessing advanced technologies and equipment to exchange and trade with each other.

In recent years, JINERGY has made remarkable contributions to the rapid development of low-carbon economy and the PV industry technology transformation by virtue of its high-end, modernized and advanced PV manufacturing technology, as well as rolling development strategy of “production, research & development and reserve”.

High-efficiency PERC monocrystalline PV modules, the prominent display of JINERGY on this exhibition, adoptes PERC+ technology and atomic layer deposition technology to reduce LID of cells and modules effectively. The average conversion efficiency is above 21.2% and the LID in the first year is predicted to be lower than 1.5%.

Dr. YANG Liyou, General Manager of JINERGY, stated that JINERGY launched PERC+ technology as a monocrystalline solution comparable with polycrystalline products in terms of LID, to respond to the increasing emphasis on the LID of modules and to meet increased demands for high-efficiency monocrystalline products. It is estimated that JINERGY will achieve an overall production capacity of high-efficiency and super-efficiency modules above 3GW by the end of 2018.
