JINERGY Invited to Attend The First China PV Top Runner Innovation Annual Conference

January 9, 2016, Changzhou, Jiangsu— PV Top Runner Innovation Forum & The First China PV Top Runner Innovation Annual Conference was held in. Nearly 100 industry insiders, including government officials, financial organizations and top PV companies, attended the forum. Dr. Yang Liyou, General Manager of Jinergy Clean Energy Technology Ltd. ("JINERGY"), the leading PV module manufacturer in Shanxi, was invited to attend the "Top View" held concurrently and carried out in-depth discussion on "New Era of PV Industry: Quality, Technology, Standards and Intelligent Manufacturing" with some big names from China Quality Certification Center, Beijing Enterprises Clean Energy Group Limited, Zhongtian Photovoltaic Materials Co., Ltd. etc.

 

In recent years, with the full implementation of the PV Top Runner Program, there is a consensus between the government and the industry insiders as per the vigorous research and development of efficient power generation technology, enhancing product efficiency, and accelerating the upgrading of advanced PV technology. "With promotion of the Program and escalation of technology, the power of the polycrystalline PV modules continues to increase, which features smaller power difference with the monocrystalline PV module; the gradual industrialization of PERC, black silicon, HJT technology are being realized and will also further help us to reduce national LCOE." Dr. Yang said.

With the strong support from Shanxi Provincial Government and Lvliang Municipal Government, JINERGY made a major breakthrough in the production of high-efficiency polycrystalline PV modules power. On this conference,  JINERGY won the 2016 China PV Top Runner Technological Innovation Contribution Award by virtue of mass-produced polycrystalline 275/280W modules based on conventional technology. It is known that in the fourth quarter of 2016, JINERGY's 275W high-efficiency polycrystalline cells output ratio exceeded 50%; while in the first half of 2017, its 275W high-efficiency polycrystalline PV modules output ratio will exceed 80%; in the second half of this year, 280W high-efficiency polycrystalline PV modules will achieve mass production. It is expected that by the end of 2018, the general product capacity of JINERGY high-efficiency & super-efficiency products is expected to exceed 3GW, which will meet the vast market demand for high-efficiency products to some extent so as to greatly enhance our core competitiveness.

In addition, as a representative of intelligent manufacturing, Dr. Yang said, "on basis of the past 10 years' experience, we applied intelligent manufacturing concept from design to almost all production lines. Whether it is about cell or module manufacturing, the automation level of JINERGY's intelligent factory has reach as high as 90%, which not only effectively reduces our labor burden and manufacturing costs, but also greatly enhances the product quality, achieving good product traceability. We further aim at realizing flexible customization of the production lines in the future, therefore we will continue to implement "smart manufacturing" strategy which features technical evolution, intelligent production, flexible manufacturing and be committed to constantly improving product performance so as to further satisfy our customers and strive to be a top runner in the high-end PV market.
